Product was made very good,but could have been packed for shippping better.Box came with dings and a nick in the wood from what look like something fell on it. Also no corner post were inside the box to protect it from a fall, and i had 2 weak corners were the wood was splitting from a fall.This is a heavy item and we can't expect that it will never hit the floor when these drivers(some of them women and skinny men) deliver it to us,so i believe it should be packed better for shipping.UPS paid for me another box and one was sent to me a few days later that was in perfect shape(still packed poorly though)
